Email address and username transmitted via OAuth / GitHub / Google logins.

IP-address-based coarse location data.

Emails, feedback forms, support tickets, and direct messages sent to us.

We disclose your Personal Data to service providers and other parties to run our cloud platform.

Tracking Tools, Advertising, and Opt-Out

We seek to protect your Personal Data using appropriate physical, technical, organizational, and administrative security measures based on the type of data (including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, network firewalls, and role-based access control).
Please help protect your data by using strong, unique passwords, enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA), and signing off after accessing your account.
Data Retention
We retain Personal Data about you for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services or to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
- Profile information and credentials are retained for as long as your account remains active.
- Server logs and IP data are retained as needed for security diagnostics and abuse prevention.
- Billing records are retained in compliance with applicable tax and financial audit obligations.
Personal Data of Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from children under 16 years of age.
